The Aubrey is a friendly English owned boutique hotel situated in a converted mansion in the city’s cultural centre, Bellavista. It is a short walking distance from Metropolitano Park and Cerro San Cristobal Hill.
Daily, guests are served a complimentary buffet breakfast including eggs cooked to order, omelets, freshly ground coffee, fresh seasonal fruits, pastries and homemade breads.
The Aubrey is a transformed space with 15 beautifully appointed en-suite bedrooms, each with a unique character and most with balconies and terraces. Guests are greeted with daily complimentary bottled water. Turndown service is provided and they all have stylish bathrooms with Hansgrohe showers. Its designer-furnished rooms have LCD TVs, 300-thread cotton bedding and free Wi-Fi access.

What was the highlight of The Aubrey Boutique Hotel
A great place to stay. I only wish I'd had more time to enjoy this elegant hotel.
The staff at the hotel could not have been more helpful and all spoke excellent English. The room was lovely and had the most comfortable bed. The breakfast was very good and the hotel provides a very nice selection of complementary nibbles and hot drinks in the afternoon. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

The hotel is very comfortable and has great outside space...
The hotel is very comfortable and has great outside space with pool and bar area. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. It is located in the middle of the Bellavista district which is a very happening place with lots of bars, shops and restaurants. The room and bed were comfortable. It is next door the San Cristobal Park. The main square is about a 20 minute walk.
Unfortunately the location in the Bellavista district means that the noise at night until 3 or 4 in the morning is very annoying. You definitely need earplugs. Plus the air con lights up the room and is noisy. Fortunately we didn’t need to use it at night. The breakfast was very nicely done but there was limited choice. Finally the taxi we booked For the airport turned up 15 minutes smelling of cigarettes despite the staff chasing the whereabouts.

Beautiful property steps away from tourist attractions and street art
BEAUTIFUL property and facilities! Luxurious accommodations in Bella Vista, remarkably close to Pablo Neruda's house and the funicular to San Cristobal. If you like street art, this is the neighborhood to stay in, but beware that Bella Vista can be noisy at all times (that said, it seems like the hotel did a good job with sound-proofing). Breakfast was really lovely with eggs made to order. Property is gated with a security guard. Details well thought out.
Some technical difficulties were encountered when I asked front desk to arrange a taxi for my trip to the airport, but issues were quickly and efficiently resolved.

Perfect slice of luxury in Santiago
The Aubrey is a beautiful hotel in Santiago. We stayed for one night, as a treat at the end of a long road trip. We already knew the city, and wanted to stay in Bella Vista (rather than where all the big hotels are on the other side of town) so we would have all the good bars and restaurants on our doorstep. The staff are amazing, we were able to check in early, very comfy room with the most beautiful bathroom. Pisco Sour on arrival and good breakfast. I would come here again.
